Chocolat Covered Bananaz

Easy "not-so-unhealthy'' snack for all of you with a sweet tooth :)

Ingredients:
Bananas
Dark, good quality chocolate (70% cocoa or more)
Optional toppings: Hazelnuts, almonds, coconut, dried fruits, icecream sprincles, chocolate chips..

STEP 1:
Prepare your toppings. Roast and chop your preferred nuts.

STEP 2:
Melt your chocolate over a double boiler. This is prevents your chocolate from burning and becoming bitter. Chocolate has a low cooking temperature, so be gentle with it :) Boil some water in a saucepan, and place a heat-resistant bowl (that is larger than the pan) on top of the saucepan.

STEP 3: Peel your bananas and simply dip them in your melted chocolate. Your could insert a wooden stick in one side of the banana, and then dip it. But if you don't mind getting your hand nice and chocolaty, then do it the old fashioned way and cover the bananas real good.
Or you could just use two forks to handle the chocolaty banana mess.

STEP 4: Either freeze these babies, or just let them cool in the fridge for a good 20 min or so and they are good to go. Enjoy !!
